Ploughmans Cottage is located in the Village of Furnace, 7 miles from Inveraray, in Argyll. The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Schoolhouse Cottage, lochshore views near Glencoe

Schoolhouse cottage has gorgeous views of the sea and mountains and is wonderfully located for exploring the highlands. We welcome guests with small to medium dogs, but if you wish to bring a dog do not use instant booking - please get in touch with us beforehand. At the Schoolhouse you can enjoy the flexibility of a whole cottage, but for short stays of 2 nights or longer in the winter and 3 nights or longer the rest of the year.
