La casa sorge in centro a Cernobbio, dietro a Villa d’Este, al piano rialzato di Villa Calipso, una villa d’epoca nata nei primi del ‘900 che ricorda una casa di quelle un po' fiabesche. L’appartamento si affaccia su una terrazza arredata e circondata da un bellissimo giardino rigoglioso, con alberi e tante piante dai fiori profumatissimi. Entrando nel parco della Villa si è avvolti da una luce sempre perfetta, dalla quiete e dai profumi del parco, un’atmosfera che regala momenti di puro relax.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus.
