The Apartment is 1,800 square foot, second floor, loft-style living in the historic renovated Breeze Building in North East, Pennsylvania. Located on South Lake Street in the heart of downtown North East, it combines big city living with small town charm. Guests can walk to shops, dine at nearby restaurants, bike to Lake Erie, or take a drive to tour local wineries, art galleries, and more. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

It has a little bit of everything, towering pine trees, amazing lake views and a very quiet relaxing atmosphere. Natural beautiful wood throughout. You’ll think you’re in Napa Valley. Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
