Short to longer term stays, the Cozy Casita is 10 minutes to KAFB, downtown, & UNM campus/hospital. A short walk through the Nob Hill neighborhood leads to Historic Route 66 with its hip-eclectic-retro Shops, Restaurants, Cafes & Microbreweries. Or simply enjoy relaxing or reading in our back yard.

Located amid the trees in Sandia Park. The refreshingly open layout and floor to ceiling windows offers a serene relationship with the outdoors. The living room houses an array of contemporary furniture around a pellet stove. The kitchen is fully illuminated during the day by the wraparound windows. Your adobe private casita is in the charming village of Placitas; 40 mins from Santa Fe, 2 hours to Taos, and 20 to ABQ, the Rio Grande River, wineries, museums, and restaurants. Sit by the pool after exploring local sites, then relax in the hot tub ( no jets) or sip a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic cider) while taking in the views. The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

North Valley Hideaway

The Hideaway is close to Old Town, Rio Grande Nature Center, Rio Grande river, Bosque bike and walking trails, and Open Space. You’ll love the Casita because of the neighborhood, it’s seclusion, the size, the quiet, the coziness. The Hideaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Our old dog Hopi will greet you! Pets are limited to 3, with a $20.00 fee. If you plan on leaving your pet unattended for a long time please, advise us.

Southwest Estate with Pool/Spa/Privacy and Views!

A completely private Southwest guest suite (no kitchen) with amazing views, coffee nook, pool, spa, outdoor fireplace and BBQ all on a completely fenced acre. Your 2 story completely private wing with separate entrance includes 2 bedrooms and full bath downstairs. Upstairs is a large open room with fireplace, sofa bed and large deck with views of ABQ below. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
