You will love your private casita by the Rio Grand River. You can walk, bike, or run on the Bosque Trail outside your door or wander by the Rio Grande River with a perfect view of Sandia Mountain. Enjoy New Mexico's quiet and dark starry nights in a comfortable queen brass bed. You can make coffee with cream, black tea or herbal tea, with sugar or honey. In the kitchen is a big refrigerator, stove and microwave. If you want to cook, there are sharp knives, oil, butter, vinegar, and spices.

Private courtyard and private gated parking with opener. 2.7 miles to Balloon Fiesta Park; watch balloons land in the adjacent field during Balloon Fiesta. Shop & dine nearby yet located in a quiet country setting near walking paths in the Rio Grande Bosque. Just in time for winter, we recently installed brand new central heating at this lovely downtown "casita"!! It was recently updated with new appliances and has a clothes washer and dryer. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.

Hiking paths start out the back door, yet all the fun of Albuquerque is only 20 minutes away.
