The Red Earth Palace Retreat

An architectural gem with private access to natural hot springs in the Rio Grande Gorge Park. A living and breathing piece of art on fifteen private acres nestled amongst junipers trees, pinon and sage brush, offering sweeping views of the surrounding valley. Set in a lush green valley just beyond Lake Abiquiú, this adobe home offers beautiful mountain views of iconic Pedernal, the striking surrounding mountainscape, and a tree-lined arroyo. 43 acres with a year-round creek, bordered by 1.5 million acres of national forest. 1 of 6 custom-designed structures on this retreat sanctuary, the home features floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect climate control, and custom features. Abundant is the sound of nature: rustling leaves, birdsong, and stillness.

Taos Earthship: Modern + Mesa

Located in the world-famous Greater World Earthship Community, this modern off-grid home is one of a kind! Built by hand over 8 years by me, your host, Kirsten. This sustainable house is bright, light, and airy with clean lines and unique details. Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. All water is from the sky. More comfort, less hippie.

Hawk House

This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). It's helpful to check in on it, however, due to our contained pups further back on the land. Open to longer stays at discounted price. Write about either to discuss!

Taos Earthship, 2 bdrm Virtual Hideaway!

This Earthship is great for experiencing a home that is quiet, serene, romantic, private, (one acre lot) surrounded by acres of sagebrush and chamisa. and is only 15 minutes from town. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! It's been used as a recording studio too, If you like taking awesome photographs, this is THE place. Cozy, comforting! Pets are welcome and must be leashed! Cat box provided by request!

Abiquiu Artist Casita Overlooking Plaza Blanca

Our casita sits on 13.5 acres of land and has expansive views of Abiquiu, the Chama river valley, the geologic formations known as Plaza Blanca (or the “White Place”), and the Sangre de Cristo Mountains over Santa Fe. We are located 55mins from Santa Fe, and 5hrs from Denver. Abiquiu is a destination frequented by artists, writers, spirit seekers, and nature lovers from around the world.
