Located at the base of Mt Mansfield it is a newly renovated 1840's Vermont farmhouse. Surrounded by open fields and beautiful mountain views, it is close to many recreational, cultural and culinary activities. Burlington and Lake Champlain are less than an hour away.

Modular home has only ever been a short term rental and never fully lived in. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one master bathroom. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.
