This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
