This apartment is in the center of downtown McKee near the intersection of Highway 421 and Hwy 89 North. A very small town with one stoplight. There are 14 steps up to the entrance of the apartment and the front door has a digital lock. Approximately 600 square feet with 2 bed rooms, one private and the other semi-private. This apartment has a kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. This apartment his somewhat historical in the community having been built in the late 1940s.

Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. We are a family of six and you will occasionally hear our boys upstairs, but as a Christian family, we strive to treat our guests as we would want to be treated. Reg. 9485

A hidden treasure in the heart of the city. The space has a modern feel in a historic setting. Built in 1897, the building was first purposed as a tavern, and then housed several businesses through the years. In the 1980s, the building was renovated and transformed into two living spaces. This space is the first level, The Penthouse On Lime is the top level and is also available for rent. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings add to the charm of this gorgeous urban space.

Enjoy the spectacular views of the Kentucky River from this second-floor studio. Located within an easy walk of hiking trails and dining. Visit the Waterfront Grill or Hall’s on the River. A tasting at the winery just a few minutes away will sweeten your stay. For more play, kayak rental is nearby. This property is nestled on the riverbank. You will encounter bugs if you are enjoying the outdoors. We have regular exterminations, but an occasional cob web is to be expected.

This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University.
