Our cottage has a wood burning stove, which keeps you cosy on winter evenings. Situated right by Trawsfynydd lake, with amazing views. If peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then this is the perfect spot for you. Sorry no pets. And no swimming or inflatables allowed on Trawsfynydd lake as it’s primarily a fishing lake. Great cycle and footpath round the lake for any one wanting to get out. We are situated inside the snowdonia national park so plenty of places to visit close by.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Located near the picturesque Portmeirion Italian village, the Ffestiniog Narrow Gauge Railway, and the Coastal Path, it offers a range of walking trails, from leisurely strolls to challenging hikes. We are also close to the harbour town of Porthmadog. The owner is knowledgeable about the area and can recommend places to visit, including excellent local restaurants and pubs, all accessible by bus and train.

Welcome to Dolwaen. Our semi-detached, stone cottage in the Snowdonia village of Maentwrog, close to some stunning walks and truly amazing scenery. Dolwaen is perfectly situated for getting out & about in the beautiful Snowdonia national park. Ideally placed to visit historic town of Harlech, with its spectacular castle and quirky shops. Porthmadog is also close by where you can hop on the Welsh Highland Railway across to Beddgelert, Caernarfon, Blaenau Ffestiniog.
