‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. The cottage is a beautiful barn conversion set in 8 acres of hay fields, woods, streams and ponds and less than 10 minutes from the coast.Large, open plan living area with handmade, fully equipped kitchen area. 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suites. One bedroom on the ground floor, the second bedroom being accessed by its own staircase. ( not from the ladder in living area) Cloakroom, outside sitting/dining area and full use of all the grounds. Ample parking.

Our cabin is at the bottom of the garden - and behind that is a disused railway line - owls hoot of a night - wood pigeons coo - robins are nesting. The cabin has a double bed and a double bed settee to accommodate children. The cabin is self contained and energy efficient and environmentally friendly as is practical. The toilet, shower and sink run off harvested water that is stored and filtered before use. Flat screen TV with Netflix + hot tub
