Beautiful, cosy, turf roofed, woodland edge cabin

A beautiful, new and cosy hand-built wooden cabin. It's nestled on the edge of our woodland and in a corner of our small organic permaculture farm between the mountains and sea. It has a double and two single beds, electric, wood burning stove, kitchen, picnic bench, fire pit, private toilet and hot shower. The farm has fresh eggs you can collect in the morning, hammocks and a sauna. We want you feel like you are in a Swallows and Amazons adventure, a place where life is a little bit slower.

The Meadow Cabin ... comfort & tranquillity

A real gem of a place! Beautifully crafted, simple cosy interior, nice comfortable kingsize bed, shelves, oak table, comfy seating & a wood-burner. There are electric sockets, a kettle, kitchen utensils, lamps & fixed lanterns for lighting in the evenings. Enjoy the balcony looking out eastward towards the sunrise hills with a table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast & a small evening lawn around the back. To the right, is a newly built kitchen area with a gas hob, running water, & drying area.

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Ty Coeden Bach (Little Tree House)

Situated halfway up a tree near the top of a mountain on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula, with breathtaking panoramic sea and mountain views. Ty Coeden Bach offers unique, peaceful accomodation for up to two guests. Nestled near the top of Rhiw Mountain, between the popular villages of Abersoch and Aberdaron, it provides the perfect spot for either exploring everything the area has to offer, or to simply relax and unwind. Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.

Hafod is recently refurbished and is a convenient base for walkers, cyclists or those wishing to have a convenient central location for visiting the Lleyn Peninsula. Within close walking distance of the village of Sarn Meyllteyrn with a garage and modern new shop, pottery and two great locally owned pubs with food. Abersoch, Aberdaron , Porthoer (Whistling Sands) Beach, Ty Coch Porthdinllaen, all 7 to 8 miles. 4ft bed - small double in each room.
