Cosy Hobbit House with fire pit, private garden, and stunning countryside views at Sychpwll. This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

Rose Cottage on England / Wales border. Shropshire

Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

There is an abundance of walks right from your doorstep, you're even lucky enough to have the Offas Dyke within a stones throw from the Cabin.

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.

SEVERNSIDE ANNEX

The annexe is situated next to our home with its own private access so you can be completely independent. It’s in the small village of Four Crosses near the England/Wales border and can sleep five people in two bedrooms, one king-size double and one family room comprising three single beds. The ground floor has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a gravelled patio with garden furniture.

Chestnut lodge

Our lodges are set in 6 acres of grounds offering a peaceful countryside experience in the heart of Mid Wales. The lodges have outstanding views over the wildlife pond & surrounding countryside. Fully central heated, with a king size bed complete with all bedding & towels. Each lodge has its own en suite shower room with wc, kitchenette (2 ring gas hob, combination microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster etc) with outside dining area on the large elevated decking.

The Stable

The Stable is a self-contained annexe to our Grade 2 listed barn conversion. Located on a private road in a conservation area just a few miles outside the historic town of Shrewsbury. Private entrance & free private parking. You will be surrounded by numerous walking routes and National Cycle Routes, The Shropshire Hills, AONB. The Welsh border is only a few miles away which acts as a gateway to Mid & North Wales. Close to local wedding venues

Hand-built treehouse (rustic!) in a beautiful, peaceful setting right on Offa's Dyke, a popular walk on the England/ Wales border. Sleeps 4 with a double bed and a comfy futon in the same room. Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....
