Place is very nice to stay and even better than the description. It’s perfect for a family stay. Rooms are too good and everything is perfect. All the utensils and games are also available with TV in every room.

James was a lovely host. before arriving he gave clear instructions for everything including how to find the property, what to do when here, how to get into the property etc. He was very responsive and responded within minutes when i had questions. we are walkers so was an ideal location to hike in the brecon beacons without having to travel far. would deffo stay here again. thanks James 😊

Just got back from a fantastic stay at James’ Place. Perfect location for exploring Pen Y Fan and the Four Waterfalls. The hosts were great from the onset sending precise instructions and great recommendations for dog friendly pubs. Loved the personal touch for the dogs stay with treats, bowls and his own towel. The studio was perfect with kitchen facilities to make a brew to go with the Welsh cakes left by James (these were delicious) will definitely book again to explore more of the Brecons and areas.

James and Angela’s apartment was extremely spacious with plenty of room for the two of us. The location was perfect for local amenities as well as exploring around the Brecon Beacons. Would definitely stay again 👍

Beautiful home - immaculate decoration. Very responsive to any queries. Comfy beds, easy access. LOVED the coffee machine. loads of extra towels and amenities. 100% would recommend.

This is just what it says on the tin. What you see is what you get. Great property with clean spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is clean and has everything you need. Lounge is small but I knew that from the pictures therefore I wasn’t expecting anything else. Everyone in the surrounding area were lovely and welcoming, particularly in the local Pub. The most important thing was the communication from the owner, who responded to any messages instantly. This makes the stay so much more comfortable knowing that if there were to be anything I needed I could get a response straight away. Thanks. Smashing

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Station House. Immaculately clean, very family friendly and situated around lovely surroundings. The off street parking was an amazing added bonus. We will definitely be back, thank you Neil.

Annmarie is a warm and responsive host. Her place is a perfect location close proximity to the Cardiff, but is nice and quiet, away from the city noise. I was only passing through, but there is lots to do and I would absolutely stay there again when visiting Cardiff.

Great hosts!!! Perfectly placed for our visit, as we find it hard to get a place local to our friends in the area. Property is very spacious and very clean!! Owners have a beautiful dog that we met and got to have cuddles with as we were passing in the driveway 🥰 Will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Tonyrefail!!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

A lovely apartment, right in the heart of Hay-on-Wye, within easy walking distance of gorgeous restaurants and book shops. Also very handy for walking Offa's Dyke!

Great studio apartment with comfy bed, in a modern complex, just 20 mins walk from the city centre. Dean is friendly and helpful, and we were grateful for a late checkout. Kitchen well-equipped. Good shower. Quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful estate, grounds look well cared for. Jack and Mollie were amazing. Only initial communication was with Lorraine (maybe) all other comms with Mollie. Such a peaceful serene location. Quite pricey for the night’s stay

Everything was perfect! Richard is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend staying here. The decor is wonderful, the kitchen was well equipped with herbs and spices, hot tub was amazing, comfy beds, couldn’t say a single bad thing! Such a beautiful place to stay, thank you for a lovely weekend! A well needed get away with gorgeous views and the host was really responsive, we definitely recommend their suggestion of walking up the hill of Coety behind the building to see more stunning views! The outdoor tub was a nice touch and made everything more relaxing. The place was neat and tidy and had everything we needed.
