Rhode Island: soggiorni in boutique hotel

America's Cup Inn is right in the heart of Newport's shopping and dining district. The room was well appointed and spotless. It looked like it had been renovated recently. It was very comfortable and tasteful. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed off-season, so it was quieter than I imagine it might be in the height of the summer season. Also, because it was off season, parking was free and easy for us.

Great place in a great location, with the added bonus of parking spaces behind the building. The room itself and shared spaces were clean and well maintained. Instructions made it easy to check in.

Hip spot in a cool industrial area. The place also smelled amazing! I’m not sure what the scent they had in there but I want some. The rooms were nice and well curated. The only downsides were that there was no place to put away clothing (like drawers). There was a closet bar but no hangers. The street was a tad bit noisy but definitely not a deal breaker/big deal. For the price, convenience, and style… def worth it!

Everything was wonderful! The room was huge with amazing views, the location was amazing, and tickets was excellent. The one critique we had was the size of the pillows in the bed; they’re the size of half a regular pillow and did make sleeping a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, 10/10

This stay exceeded my expectations! It was a wonderful location, clean area, easy access, and overall wonderful first experience in the city! Will be back.

We love staying at the Surf Shack!! The rooms are fabulous! You feel like you're right at home. The bartenders are amazing and the food was delicious! We always look forward to staying here! Can't wait to book another trip.

Spacious 3 bedroom, well appointed with good public spaces downstairs. Very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the bay. It was cold in Newport in January, but the property was cozy with a warm fire and comfortable beds. Highly recommended.

The place was quaint, loved the scenery. Tim was nice enough to help me with my bag and go over all of the policies and answer any questions I had. The location was good for the events I needed to attend. I enjoyed taking all the back roads to Westerly, Preston, Stonington and Mystic, as well as a few others. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend The Stagecoach Inn.
