It’s a short 5-minute walk to the village bakeries for morning bread and 10 min to the lake & beach. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Willkommen bei uns in Neuwied! 🌿 Wir (Lukas & Britta) haben unsere ehemalige Doppelgarage mit viel Liebe zu einer modernen, 80 m² großen Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Garten, großer Terrasse, separatem Eingang und Parkplatz umgebaut. Unsere Unterkunft zählt inzwischen zu den bestbewerteten Airbnbs in der Region – dank der zentralen Lage zwischen Koblenz und Bonn, der unzähligen Freizeitmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und des hohen Komforts.

Die Wohnung liegt in Halbhöhenlage von Esslingen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt. Die ruhige Lage in einer Spielstrasse garantiert entspanntes Wohnen. Das gemütliche Wohn-Esszimmer lädt zum Verweilen ein und das großzügige Schlafzimmer garantiert wohltuende Erholung. Die Küche ist modern und voll ausgestattet und das Bad hell und modern. Zwei kleine Terrassen stehen zur Verfügung und laden zum Sundowner am Ende des Tages ein.
