Ontspan in de privé-sauna of neem een frisse duik in het zwembad (seizoensgebonden dagelijks open in blokken van 2–3 uur in overleg). Vanaf 5 september 2025 is het zwembad gesloten. Grote supermarkt met terras en grote speeltuin direct voor de woning. Gezellige horeca gelegenheden in de buurt. Freibad Alstätte ligt op 3 km (vanaf 1 september gesloten). Ontbijt is inbegrepen.

Modern gastenverblijf inclusief sauna. Prachtig gelegen in het buitengebied van Enschede. Midden in de natuur en toch ook vlak bij de bebouwde kom. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor heerlijke wandel- en fietstochten in 't Twentse land. Recreatiegebied 't Rutbeek vlakbij, evenals 't Buurserzand en Witteveen. Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien, o.a beddengoed, bad- en keukenhanddoeken, maar ook aan thee, koffie, kruiden, wc papier, keukenrol en afwasblokjes voor de afwasmachine is gedacht.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.
