If you’re looking to quiet the mind and reconnect with your soul, look no further! This magical lakeside retreat offered one of the most peaceful getaways experienced thus far. The home was luxurious with thoughtful touches throughout. From tranquil morning coffees on the dock, to kayaking and admiring the painted turtles and various birds, to stargazing every evening, this spot checked every box for us! Susi and Bruce were amazing hosts, ensuring we had everything we needed. We recommend this rare gem without hesitation, and we look forward to our next stay!

We had a lovely time in the float inn. We got a little bit confused when we checked in as to which cabin was ours as it was dark outside: however the instructions were very clear. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the dock, as well as the fully stocked kitchen! We had everything we needed. Thanks Natalia and Dave!

Beautiful water front cabin. It had everything we were looking for. We could park our vehicle right by the cabin, and the lake is only a few steps away. It’s ideal if you have a boat. There is a brand new dock as well as a buoy to tie up to. There was also parking for our boat trailer, and the boat launch was just a short drive down the road. The cabin was perfect for us and the A/C was nice to have on the hot days. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and the kitchen appliances were all new. The outdoor kitchen and pass through window was very handy for cooking outside. The putting green was fun for us and the kids. It made for some fun family memories. Sarah was awesome. She had a gift basket waiting for us and was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Great place and great host! We’ll definitely be back!

I was visiting from out of town for a three day confrance with 4 other women. We had a five hour drive in and out. So neadless to say when we got back to our Airbnb we were looking forward to some R&R. This guest house delivered just that and more! There was so many thoughtful extra thouches wich added luxury 👑 to our stay. Everything was clean and fresh and we were left to enjoy our space. Extra points for the hottub! It was it was allways ready to go. 😊. There is a beautiful view from the deck you can enjoy with your moring coffee. There is more, but you just have to check it out for yourself 😉 I would definatly recomened staying here. All 5 of us would book this guest house on the next trip out this way.

Kema’s place was clean and had all the amenities to cook. Loved the hot tub and made homemade pizza outside at night. We were visited by some cute deer grazing the yard one evening. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and great for stargazing at night.

Great Lake house and location. Easy walk to the store, house was perfect and as described with everything we could need.

Wonderful place to stay! Great lay up. Lots of space. Nice and close to golf course. Very comfortable!

Great rustic cabin with lots of water toys to use or rent. Easy access to all lake amenities. Lots of appeal for families, but fine for the two of us.

Dawson and his family/staff exceeded all expectations. We couldn't of asked for a better vacation. We had the absolute best time and had so much to keep 3 kids entertained. We look forward to coming back next year.

We just spend 2 week's at this stunning property! The first week was just myself and my husband and the second week our daughter joined us. The cabin has the most spectacular views and we enjoyed the deck so much as we were able to chase the shade as it was very warm in the sun. The ac in the cabin was welcomed and appreciated. There is a private dock that was absolutely glorious and we took our chairs out there and spent our happy hour (s) every day out there! We enjoyed days on the water with a pontoon boat rental from Magna bay! There are so many local famer's markets that we were able to get all our farm fresh fruits and veggies. One thing to note that is is right on the highway and I was not expecting the noise level of the traffic, however you do get used of it and the view negates any noise! This is a such a gem and hope to get the opportunity to book again! It is magical :) Donna was an amazing host and was extremely quick to respond!

Lisa is truly one of a kind,I've been to many places, but her warmth and understanding set her apart. From the moment we arrived. The property itself is a hidden gem, surrounded by lush greenery and a serene river that adds a calming vibe to the whole experience. We went as a group, and whether we were relaxing outdoors, exploring the scenic surroundings, or simply unwinding by the water, everyone had an incredible time. Lisa’s attention to detail and her genuine care for her guests made this stay unforgettable. Can’t recommend it enough! Thanks Lisa you are the best 😍

Our family loved our stay here! Though we weren’t able to stay long, it was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. With the beach out front and various activities on the beach and within the resort, this place was perfect for us and our kids. Dawson and his father were also extremely friendly, kind, and helpful upon arrival and with any questions we had. Thank you!!

Un super bel espace extérieur avec des kayaks mis à disposition et plein d’autres activités plage. Ma fille s’est vraiment bien amusée ! Le confort dans le logement n’est pas top mais l’extérieur vaut la peine.

Beautiful location. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed to chill out for the week.

This was probably the highlight of our trip. The unit itself was relatively typical to what you would expect in a little lakeside community but the grounds and amenities offered were absolutely, without a doubt 100 % over and above our expectations. We spent a week from Calgary to the island and back, and the 18ish hours we spent at Dawson's would likely take the cake for our favourite part of the trip. There is something to be said about family time on a private beach with a beautiful view. There were plenty of water toys, rafts, and floats available to use. And then there was the sand pit, swing, volleyball net, and more and more and more. I wasn't even loaded up yet and three of the four of us were already messaging others to plan trips to return (the fourth is 5, so he has just asked every day since returning when we will go back to "live at the lake house", haha). I was a little more pricey than our budget would have liked, but it was absolutely worth it !!!

The cabin was right on the water, which was a great place to wake up to and to watch the sunset.

This place is 10/10. Everything you need in a beautiful vacation property to share with family and friends. This place is so kid friendly, lots of kids plates and cups, even a high chair. The views are mesmerizing, and the lake is crystal clear. Be sure to check out Finns if you bring your boat. Neighbour's are very friendly and we felt right at home. Would stay here again many more times! Jad was such a responsive host, he gave us many recommendations and always assisted us with anything during our stay. If you are looking for a place on the shushwap, definitely don't hesitate and book this up! Thanks Jad for the best summer week!

The cottage is full of charm and character. Looked exactly like the pictures. Spotlessly clean. Many thoughtful touches including blankets to keep warm while reading a favorite book to fresh flowers on the table. Unbeatable view from the deck. We loved the access to the paved walking path that took us right into town. we were able to easily walk and pick up a few groceries. Also enjoyed a few meals at recommended restaurants in the welcome book and all were fantastic. Pride is evident all over with many original structures that have been upgraded and well cared for, the scenery in the area from the lakes to the variety of trees and flowers is simply amazing. The Cottage is a perfect place to stay amongst this friendly community to feel right at home during your stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

what a nice retreat. After spending several busy days down town kelowna, we wanted a peaceful retreat from it all. The cottage offered the perfect blend of privacy and nature. The BX creek hiking trail was less than 10 minutes drive away and is a stunning hike along BX creek. The cottage was well stocked with lots of snacks and coffee (they some how knew chocolate covered popcorn is my weakness), out front was the quite sound of birds chirping and the creek in the back ground. It was spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. In the evening, the sun beams through the glass doors in the living room, making it the perfect place to wind down after all the hiking. It was a wonderful stay for a great price.

We loved our stay here so much we will not hesitate to stay here again. Perfect layout inside with all the bells and whistles. Great location in a quiet bay on the lake with one of the most amazing docks to enjoy our afternoons on. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was an absolutely pleasure to have been able to enjoy this stunning location!

We had an amazing few nights at the house! We felt right at home, clean, well appointed kitchen, the deck was great for bbqing. The kids loved the beach and the dock! Host was responsive and we had everything we could need for our stay. Would love to come back! Thank you!

For a family of 6 staying at Harpers Haven, was a perfect size. Its location can't be beat for access to the area from direct lake access, Finz 3 doors down, to all the other area tourist spots like wineries, Shuswap Pie Shop, DeMilles market, etc. We even had one day at Silverstar in Vernon to do some hiking and downhill biking. Everyone slept upstairs and the main level had lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was excellent with all new appliances. I have to say that having a dock was the best thing if you have a boat. We could jump on the lake any time and then return for lunch, cool downs or gab something you missed. Our host, Leanne, was awesome to work with. Any questions we had she answered right away. We have all ready recommended their place to friends since we have gotten back from vacation!
