I have stayed here before and every time I visit, there is just one word that comes to my mind about this property - Perfection. Perfect comfort, Perfect cleanliness, Perfect amenities and a super-perfect host. I can't ask for anything more from a stay - this is "Perfect"

If you’re in Chennai I would definitely recommend you to stay in this air bnb as you do not have make any arrangements you can just bring your bags and voila everything will be organised by the host. There is a care taker arranged by the host to clean the place on alternative days so it’s very neatly maintained. The host is very polite, friendly and always a step away to answer all the queries. The best thing is host is flexible as per the customer’s requirements. As we entered the property we just felt like home. We thank the host for making all the arrangements as requested prior to our check in. Definitely worth the price and worth staying in this property and community.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

I had a fantastic stay at Richi's house in Chennai. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing visit. Ms. Kavitha, who was taking care of the house, was incredibly courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to essential services. What stood out the most was the hospitality and attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Friendly and good environment. ample space and very comfortable

Place was exactly the same as mentioned . Host was really so helpful and friendly too . Getting to d place was slight difficult as some road work was goin on and due to rain , roads were slippery. But house was 200% exceeded my expectations. Interiors were antique and somethin unique .
