It’s a lovely secluded one bedroom with a huge rock fireplace, reading nook, 100% organic cotton sheets, unscented eco friendly soap, and free internet. Take a hike down to the creek, or just open a window and let the babbling brook lull you to sleep at night. There’s nothing like watching the rain fall from your private hot tub.

Originally built in 1956 and fully remodeled in 2015, our studio delivers "retreat vibes". The entire east wall is floor-to-ceiling windows with views that peek through trees and show glimpses of Lake Washington. Sunrises can be enjoyed from bed, or experience total blackout with floor to ceiling vertical blinds. Cozy queen bed featuring an organic mattress with an Avocado topper and linens. From here, you are "20 minutes to everything" This private apartment is designed for ease and rest with Roku TV, electric fireplace, kitchen, queen bed and a full size daybed (apartment can sleep three adults comfortably, [or two adults/two kids] ) This neighborhood offers great walks and views of the Lake and Cascade Mountain Range

Create lasting memories with family and friends in this idyllic setting. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use for our guests, but please read the rules carefully. Please note: for guests who plan to bring a dog, we require 2 positive reviews. Also, the pet fee is listed in our house rules.

Please note: We do a thorough cleaning and finish off with wiping down all surfaces likely touched with 99.9% disinfectant. A Serene getaway on lake front property that is a quadraplex. This is my personal home with 4 distinct and complete units. I live in a lower unit. There is a BBQ, cozy wood burning insert and a major close-up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away (times very). Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away.
