Your accommodation is a 1 bedroom self contained unit (new 2017)sited on our property. Fully insulated and double glazed there is also a heat pump for your comfort. The deck attached to the unit is for your exclusive use Public transport , bus and train are within walking distance as are a wide choice of restaurants. There is easy access to SH1 (Motorway) in both directions North and South. We offer free off street parking. We are well off the main road so the property is both safe and quiet

Enjoy a resort style stay in this newly built studio just 5 minutes walk to Ponsonby Rd restaurants. Separate from the main house with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed, mini fridge, lounge area, toaster (breakfast included inside your studio with toast, butter and jam and organic coffee and milk. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

For sports fans and concert goers Eden Park is close by. Art-house cinema, The Capitol is a short walk away, amongst the popular Asian cheap eats on Dominion Rd. This quiet no-exit street is close to everything you need. Good for solo adventurers and couples. Kitchen facilities: sink, microwave, full fridge, toaster and kettle.

Across the road from the Rotary Waterfront Walkway and just a 5 min stroll to the Farm Cove shops with Burbs cafe, Mad Pie Bakery and local takeaways. With a 10 minute drive to Half Moon Bay Marina you find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ferries into town or the car ferry to the beautiful Waiheke Island. Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Double bed and option for a single pull out bed for a child if required, now with Air-conditioning and heating. We do have a steep drive so wear flat shoes :) Easy walk to the trains and Buses. Mt Smart Stadium is a short distance. Close to Motorways.

We offer a fairly new space with all the amenities to keep you self sufficient during your stay. Great for a couple or an individual The studio is totally separate from the main house and has its own off street Parking.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
