This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

Ganz neu ist die Saunahütte inkl. kleinem Pool & Außendusche im großen Garten. Das Haus besitzt direkten Zugang zum Wald und ein ehemaliges Poolhaus, das als kleine Werkstatt / Kreativraum genutzt wird. Der ehemalige Pool wird erst demnächst aus seinem Dornröschenschlaf geweckt..
