Check-in anytime after 3pm. Our guest house is freshly built in 2025. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The Luxury Cottage – Surrey Countryside Retreat

The Luxury Cottage at Whitmoor Farm accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, each with a king bed and bunk beds, plus a lounge with Sky TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy the estate’s tennis court, trampoline, and shared outdoor swimming pool (heated May–Sept; open until 15 Oct).
