Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Die Einliegerwohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage ohne Durchgangsverkehr am Waldrand. Die Umgebung lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen, Radtouren oder Wanderungen ein. Die Wohnung hat ca. 40qm Wohnfläche und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, sowie auch eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Teich. Überlingen am Bodensee ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der nächstgelegene Badesee Illmensee oder Pfullendorf ist ebenfalls in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
