Welcome to the "Basil Cottage" at Good Earth. The cottage is the perfect size for a family, with 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, and 2 single beds) a kitchen, and a living area. You'll be staying on our 10-acre property, 4.7 miles from Bethany Beach. Convenient amenities include an on-site restaurant, market, theater, and ample parking. Our AIRBNB "Village" includes 2 tiny houses, a lofted apartment, two cottages, a "glamper", and 4 tent sites. Staying at Good Earth is more than just a beach trip.

Park the car in the dedicated off street spot in front of Townsand and walk to everything. This light filled home features a designer renovation with exposed rafters, upscale full kitchen, custom bathroom and vaulted ceilings. The sleeping loft makes for a cozy slumber after a day of sun and a night on the town.

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

The house has 2 bedrooms, and a living room which is open to the kitchen. There is also a large screened-in porch attached. Plenty of room to park your boat.
