Honey Creek is just off the deck with opportunities to see ducks, mink, herons, bald eagles and deer. The scenery changes with the season! We are 1 mile from the quaint village of Reedsville with eateries, shops and taverns... all surrounded by the Amish community. State College is 27 miles. Beautiful flower beds show their vibrant colors along side the tranquility of Honey Creek!

Welcome to the tiny Cabin In The Cove! This beautiful cabin sits right in the woods of central Pennsylvania. The cabin is located 1000 ft away from the creek. State game land is a 5 minute drive for hunting. Acres of land for hiking, watch wildlife, or just relax. The Juniata river is a 10 minute drive to go kayaking. Amazing mom and pop resturaunts to eat at. This cabin is just one hour from Penn State main campus for football games and is an hour from Hershey Park.

A relaxing oasis for adults and kids alike, our 1930s Cape Cod is situated along a quiet walking/biking trail and is well-equipped for long and short stays alike. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. Enjoy relaxing and drinking coffee on the porch while watching the deer and beautiful country scenery. Guests are welcome to give the deer treats. Private outdoor fire pit. Our cottage is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood. It is very cozy, relaxing and private. Our cottage lies on the outskirts of the quaint little town of Woodward, nestled along the woods, in the midst of Amish country. We are located halfway between State College (Penn State) and Lewisburg (Bucknell), approximately 40 minutes commute either way. This area is great for hiking, biking, hunting, and excellent fly fishing.

The McVeytown House * King Suite * Relaxation ~

The McVeytown House house is located within walking distance of the Juniata River Access Area. Yoder Tourways Bus Garage is right across the street, in case you are scheduled for a tour! And with the railroad right close by you can watch the trains from the living room and also the front porch! There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third has a king bed.

Enjoy a romantic vacation at this beautiful little cottage tucked away in the woods. No TV means you can enjoy the surrounding nature and your loved one.
