We had a great stay at this property! It's fully remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided, including nice bath towels (mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion, too), soft comfortable linen, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The property is steps away from Marine Avenue, the main street on Balboa Island, with great shops and restaurants. That being said, you are in a more vibrant and happening part of the island, which comes with a little more noise and traffic. We enjoyed being close to everything, walking around, etc. The host is responsive and super easy to work with.

I chose this for the beautiful location and found the apartment to be a nice, clean, safe and comfortable place with everything you would need. I highly recommend and hope to go back.

I stayed here on a work trip and the location was extremely convenient for me. The unit was clean and free of clutter. Ubers found the location easily.

Stayed here multiple times—great option

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Região muito agradável com restaurantes, mercados e lojas. Enfim tudo muito bom pena que foram apenas 9 dias mas retornaremos com certeza mais vezes.

Very nice neighborhood. Walking distance to Spectrum Center with everything there. Parking is very easy. Jay is very responsive. I asked for some extra quilt in the morning, which are ready in the afternoon already. Really enjoyed my stay there.

Loved our stay. Place was clean. One thing I would point out is that it a tri-level, 2 flights of wooden stairs. My parents would not have been able to stay with.

I’ve rented other Airbnb homes. This one has been the cleanest the pictures do not do it justice. This will be my go to place in the future.

ive stayed in tons of airbnbs n this was genuinely my favorite one thus far as it was incredible in every aspect! it was clean, safe, exactly as described if not bigger than i imagined, and comfortable. Laura was also so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly and utterly helpful for my many questions — very accommodating to my needs as well! the price was great as well especially considering everything available to us. i would absolutely 100% return next time im in the area. 10/10 experience!

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

We were on a project in the area and stayed at Lexis & Zach's. It was exactly as described, comfortable and very clean. The location and house was just perfect!

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

We have now stayed at Loredana's home more than a handful of times over the last few years, and it has come to be somewhat of a home away from home. We have our favorite list of restaurants there, we can walk to dinner, we enjoy the market that is close by, and of course, know that Loredana's home is always clean, comfy and fits our needs perfectly. Seth was the ultimate five star host. He was very responsive with clear instructions. The condo was beautiful and very clean and had all amenities that we needed. It was close to everything including a lake access. We really enjoyed our stay at this place. Would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this condo. The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful and convenient place to stay. Near the village and resort and Lake. Condo beautiful and had all the amenities. The host very professional and attentive.
