Amazing Clockhouse in a perfect location

The Clockhouse is a fabulous self-contained lodge in a semi rural setting with its own private garden area, off street parking & superb transport links to London (45 min) & LGW/LHR airports (30/90 min) .A spacious & tranquil open plan living area offering flexible accommodation has the added advantage of a double bed & x2 single sofa beds, a splendid shower room & a well equipped kitchen. The separate private access means privacy & relaxation is assured & makes for a perfect base all year round.

The Nook

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. All house trained dogs of all sizes welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Restored Pump House on Country Estate

The Pump House is situated on a working estate in West Sussex. Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private new pristine 17m swimming pool. The beautiful pool is heated from March 2026. Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Ewell East station is just a 10 minute walk, with direct trains to Victoria and London Bridge. An ideal base for exploring the peaceful surroundings of Surrey and the vibrant city life of London. Close to Epsom Racecourse, Ewell Village and Cheam Village with plenty of good pubs, shops and restaurants. It has a King size bed, fully equipped kitchen with double oven and dishwasher.

Excellent transport facilities nearby with both buses and trains. Very close to The Epsom Downs Racecourse. Excellent walking area.

The Woodland Zeppelin (Outdoor Bath Available April to November) Our Zeppelin landed in 2017 and has been a popular romantic and lifestyle retreat, from busy lives, since then. The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
