It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out….all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

Relish in an occasional backyard sunset from the back Patio or Spa, or unwind at the 27” Fire Pit, as you share stories, and enjoy a glass of sweet tea or wine. So many charming features to this sweet Nest.

The Cottage is in a residential area close to WaterWorks Park, Bethel Church, Simpson College, Starbucks, and shopping. Great base for day trips to stunning lakes and mountain surroundings . . .Sparkling clean with contemporary furnishings. spacious back yard with deck and BBQ. Welcome to our Dakota Way house! You will be close to Bethel with easy access to the I-5. This house is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room and WiFi. You will be coming to a welcoming neighborhood with friendly people. We have parking spots in front of the garage or street parking if you have more than 2 cars. There is a lovely flat walking track down the bottom of our road with gravel. The track is stroller friendly and perfect to bike or walk.
