Great location near the seafront, easy check in and nice to have own gated car park, can get full but nearby car parks make it ok and were cheap, excellent to have tea, coffee and milk in room which was a nice touch, as I didnt expect it, very modern, good shower and bathroom, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, host was amazing always responsive and always happy to help with any questions, we would stay again

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter weekend and had a fabulous time. The apartment is excellently located for both beach and the town centre. The Truffled Hog, a small cafe/restaurant over the road, was very popular; unfortunately they were fully booked, but would love to try next time! The fish and chips from Seaview were amazing! We stocked up on a few supplies from Sainsburys in the town centre. There are some lovely independent shops and cafes. The apartment was spacious and catered for all our needs - 2 adults and a 9 year old. We used the Wi-fi and various apps on the TV - Netflix, BBC I player. Loved the light and airy living room.

Great little place for our weekend away. Lovely location for walks in the countryside and a short trip to the beach. Thank you hopefully we will be back another time

Lovely place to stay. The little details were great? key ring Clio on the keys, alexa, alarm clocks, bathroom supplies, games, kids colourings books to name a few. Spotless clean, amazing bedding, easy to use heating. We would definitely recommend. Redcar wasn't a place I would choose to stay however its a short drive to Salturn and tbf Redcar beach was lovely. The view and the light into the appartment was lovely.

Absolutely amazing couple of days break away in Saltburn by the sea. Fantastic apartment, great find, very spacious, very clean and perfect location for our 3 days at the beach on what has been the hottest days of the year so far! Great place to relax and lay our heads at the end of a busy day, all slept well and apartment had everything we needed. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Honestly, I could not recommend this place enough! Please stay if you’re ever in Great Ayton! The property is really easy to find, and in a perfect location just off the high street - Jason also left really clear instructions to get in. The property itself was spotless, with lots of space for a terraced property. Jason had left us teabags, coffee, milk, eggs, and lots of other welcome essentials, we felt really looked after 😊. Even though we knew the area well enough, there’s a guide to some of the best local pubs, restaurants, hikes/walks, and things to do in the area. The bed is really cosy and Jason provided an extra soft mattress topper, incase you prefer a softer mattress - with all rooms having huge TV’s to chuck a cosy film on after a big hike too! Also the shower is so warm with great water pressure unlike many Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Overall, myself and my partner could not recommend this place enough and will almost certainly will be returning if we visit Great Ayton

Lovely, very clean little home, an ideal base to explore surrounding areas. Skinning grove beach is fab and good for fossil hunting, the Ship Inn is great for food, its only a 7 minute drive away. Both dog friendly. Thank you for the biscuits, tea and milk.

Just returned from the bank holiday weekend at Phil’s cottage. There were 10 of us- all family. We had a super time. Phil was there to meet us and to show us around. Everything in the cottage was lovely - comfy beds , roomy bedrooms and excellent shower rooms. Easy to use central heating. Lovely big gardens for the children to run around with a ball. Phil was an exceptional host and provided a lovely welcome pack plus pizzas , beers and wine. The table was laid up beautifully to celebrate my son’s birthday and this was all very much appreciated by us all. Over above any welcome I’ve had anywhere else. Thank you Phil and Elaine. Wonderful stay .

Clean and well maintained property. It was such a quiet neighborhood, we almost felt we were the only ones around. Walk to the beach or to town was easy. Instructions from Cate were clear and prompt. We LOVED the instruction booklet provided on how to use everything including appliances and fireplace. Would suggest an additional note about how to lock the door :) as I had a bit of trouble at first before figuring it out. The only odd thing about this place is the main level bathroom, in particular the shower, it's not separate so water goes everywhere when using it, so we used the upstairs shower exclusively.

We had a lovely weekend at Rebecca's place, beautiful home,really comfortable ,warm and cosy. Short drive to the lovely coastline.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and fantastically located cottage. Mitch was freindly and responsive, even given us prior warning of a potential power cut. The house was well equipped, warm and clean. I would recommend staying here.

Helen & Lees' places was spectacular! The Hosts offered us an authentic Yorkshire hospitality. We highly recommend to other guests and will definitely visit again.

We were a group of 6 adults and one baby, and we all loved staying at this accommodation. Close to the centre and sea front. Lovely house with everything we needed and Sarah was very helpful and set things up for the baby. Very clear, easy instructions for parking.

Caroline is a fantastic host. Her home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. Some lovely small details that make it extra special on arrival- welcome pack, well stocked (cleaning materials, dog throws and bowls etc). Fantastic location. We loved how peaceful it was at the cottage and the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at Paddy’s cottage and hope to be able to return there in the future.

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was very well placed, clean & tidy. Beautiful kitchen & large tv. Felt at home straight away. Whitby was so busy we couldn't use the W parking zone. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would definitely use again. Plenty of amenities nearby, breakfast next door is recommended. Brilliant holiday.

A lovely stay in this amazing little bolthole in beautiful, characterful Yorkshire. The value for money is, quite frankly, ridiculously good. Anthony is very friendly, helpful and welcoming and we got the impression that both he and Jane really do care about their guests. Small extras like a crockpot, an air fryer and coffee machine are all so useful and make the place feel like a home -from-home. Having a washer & dryer makes everything so easy too - and surprised us for the low price! Everything is very clean too! Parking was easy with the permit and we felt like everything was straightforward and hassle-free. Area is handy for tourists too - Whitby is 30 mins drive away, Robin Hood’s Bay at around 40 mins abc Scarborough at 60 mins. Thank you so much, Anthony and Jane, we’ll be back!

This is a great place to stay, right on the marina walking distance from many good restaurants and a great place to just take a stroll. Graham was always there to answer questions before we arrived. Everything in the Condo is well marked, he has all of the user manuals for all of the appliances and such. Notes conveniently placed so that you understand what is going on and how things work. We stayed for a whole month and was well worth the money for the stay. Would definitely stay in this condo again.

Really lovely apartment. Tastefully decorated, felt fresh and welcoming. Pristine and comfortable with everything you could need. Good selection of crockery, cooking implements etc. and great to have a dishwasher. Nice view of the harbour and pretty close to tow with only a 10-15 min walk in. Loved Whitby, with great selection of places to eat, drink and shop. The Abbey is gorgeous and has wonderful views. Really recommend.

First class . Superbly presented apartment, clean and tidy with stunning views overlooking the marina. Thanks for making our stay a special one , we couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, 100% . We will hopefully be returning soon .

Claire and Kai's Apartment was lovely. Very clean and tidy and really well equipped. Its a short walk (10-15 mins) down to Whitbys harbourside and a 3 min taxi ride to Sneaton Castle (we were staying in the apartment for a wedding at Sneaton Castle). Having an allocated parking space in the garage is a real bonus and its easy to manouvre (we have a largish car - RAV4). Overall well recomended.
