A truly beautiful house — even more lovely in person! The host welcomed us with such warmth and generosity, even offering thoughtful gifts, which meant a lot to me. He was incredibly attentive to all our needs, always available to assist without delay. You can speak to him about anything, and he’ll respond immediately with kindness and efficiency. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely return, in shaa Allah!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bassil’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to unwind at the end of the day. What truly made this experience special, though, was Bassil. He was one of the most thoughtful and responsive hosts I’ve ever encountered. He went out of his way to make sure I felt at home, offering great local tips and always being available if I had any questions. His warm hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re in El Gouna for a short visit or a longer stay, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Bassil, for making my trip so memorable—I’ll definitely be back!

Nette Leute und ein schönes Haus- gerne wieder!

We had a great stay! The apartment was fully equipped for our needs - it was clean and roomy. We really loved the proximity to the supermarkets, beach, pool, brunch spots, pharmacy etc. Also great location to grab a tuc-tuc to go around Gouna, as they frequently pass by on the street. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment, and if we ever come back to Gouna we'll consider booking it again!

Все было хорошо. Чекин без присутствия хозяина через кодовый замок. Чекаут также. В квартире есть все что нужно. Паркинг под домом. В соседнем здании магазин. Интернет только иногда подлагивал, но в нашем случае это даже хорошо - был лишний повод поскорее выйти на улицу :)

Fawaz was an amazing host, friendly and respectful. The place was good based on price and location I would stay in the same place if I’m traveling to Medina again.

Прекрасная квартира-распашонка, светлая, не жаркая, удачно ориентирована по сторонам света: в одной части квартиры солнце по утрам, в другой — вечером. Этаж удачный — второй из трех. Кондиционеры очень мягкие, с нами можно спать. Постели удобные, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. До моря всего 500 метров. Магазинчик есть на пляже, а вне территории отеля их несколько и 4 аптеки. Ресторан рыбный через дорогу. Хозяин очень внимательный и гостеприимный, всегда на связи. При приезду нас встретил стартовый комплимент от хозяина, чай, сладости, даже вода была в холодильнике. Также брат хозяина помогал в любом вопросе. Чувствовали себя комфортно и защищено, как дома. Рекомендуем!
