Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.
