Walking Distance to several local antique shops, bakeries, restaurants, and drinking establishments. The best of everything right outside. Mineola is centered in Lake Country, where you're a short drive to multiple lakes, including Lake Fork and only 35 minutes from the famous Canton Tx 1st Monday.

On the corner of 4th and Mary, in the corner of the historic Behrens Warehouse, "The Corner" loft is a vintage appointed 3 bedroom/ 2 bath industrial loft in the heart of the Silo District of downtown Waco. Leisurely walk to Magnolia Market or Spice Village, across the street from the Dr Pepper Museum, upstairs from the popular Fabled Bookshop and Cafe. The low clearance loft is great for children, having two single beds and sitting playing area in between. The kitchen is fully equipped and the brand new bathroom is heavenly.

This upper-floor two-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy two private bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a soaking tub and shower, one with a shower), a large living room, and an open full kitchen. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
