Enjoy almost an acre of yard with tranquil mountain views in a traditional 120-year-old adobe home with tons of natural light, viga beams on the ceiling, heated stone floors, and colorful, artistic touches. Many guests have been "working from home with a different view"! One family dog (under 25#) is OK – and you must inquire in advance. The cozy paradise is a combination of the Taos vibe with contemporary touches.

Just 10 min to the plaza, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the action of town, but far enough way to escape people and immerse yourself in nature. Lots of great hiking trails just minutes away.

Located in the world-famous Greater World Earthship Community, this modern off-grid home is one of a kind! Built by hand over 8 years by me, your host, Kirsten. This sustainable house is bright, light, and airy with clean lines and unique details. Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. The inside is dark adobe with gold straw, with flagstone floors, and rustic Sycamore Oak beams. 3 kivas fireplaces too! It's been used as a recording studio too, If you like taking awesome photographs, this is THE place. Cozy, comforting! Pets are welcome and must be leashed! Cat box provided by request!
