Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Heated pool, 8 seat hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and lots of patios to relax. The outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, bbq, hot water sink, gas stove and oven, smoker and is a perfect place to enjoy. This place is close to restaurants, hiking, lakes and evening fun. Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
