Absolutely loved this place, the house was so cozy we felt right at home. The yard was paradise, so beautiful we loved all of the trees and flowers, the fish pond, we loved the pool and floats. The neighborhood is so peaceful. Easy drive to any part of town. We would recommend it to anyone.

The home was perfect for our situation. In the area for work. Quiet, space for my crew, ample parking. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 refrigerators. Plenty of everything. Will absolutely stay here again

The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

Always a great little place to stay for my work week trips and very clean and private. Close to town for any needs and hosts are always nice and responsive.

We loved the spaciousness of the home — there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was a highlight and made our time together even more special. Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!

Chico is a fun and friendly city. Samantha's rental is super close to CSU Chico and is also walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The neighborhood has mature trees and beautiful spring flowers. Rental is light, airy and has comfy beds. The a/c and heat are quiet and work well. Samantha is very enthusiastic and easy to communicate with!

Had a great time staying riverside for our annual fishing trip. House was fully stocked with necessities. House was very clean on check in. Easy check in and out.

Perfect place for a family with small kids! Easy to get to, quiet, and super close to a great park and the freeway.

A fun and cozy place to stay! lots of yard space for our kiddos to play and plenty of parking space for grandparents to come visit. very close to grocery stores, movie theaters, shopping, and a short drive to downtown or even the fun kids park caper acres.

Frances has a very peaceful place with beautiful views and plenty to do. Would recommend to anyone trying to have a relaxing getaway.
