You’ll love my place because of its close proximity to everything, yet it's a safe, quiet & cozy area w/ nice walking, views of Signal Mountain & tons of natural light! It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & furry friends (pets).

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath house has a large screened in porch that is just a few blocks from downtown Chattanooga, the pedestrian Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, local restaurants, hiking/biking trails, Walgreens and Publix Grocery. Centrally located in the North Shore area of Chattanooga. Free Carta electric shuttle is within 3 blocks. You are close to the Tennessee river, Aquarium, Imax, Renaissance area, and many more local points of interest. Local guest must be pre approved.

Chattanooga neighborhood just 3 miles from the Northshore and downtown Chattanooga. Pets are welcome. Please include when booking. No large trucks.

Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping. This is our home also. We live in a separate basement apartment.
