This charming home, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood is 10 minutes from the WMA. Black River and Current River are close and ideal for duck hunting, fishing, trap range, and water sports. It is 2 minutes from all local restaurants, shopping, a paved, outdoor walking track, tennis courts/pool, and local airport. This is a tiny barndominium. It has all the amenities you would need, granite counter tops, full living room, kitchen, laundry room & it’s tall ceilings give it an airy spacious feel. It is a peaceful sanctuary with lots of privacy but close to 2 of the largest cities in N.E. Arkansas. This is truly a little slice of Harmony placed on a beautiful rolling property. We got our listing name from the song but also because we are in close proximity to two wedding venues. No Hunting Allowed.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating!
