The garden itself is a artwork, with that combination of vulcano materials, the sea, the tropical air and all those paths designed to enjoy each corner of this 10.000 m2 garden. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Maresía è composta da otto case vacanza con una vista incredibile sul mare e sulla vetta. Ha bellissime aree verdi e parcheggio se vieni con un'auto. La piscina, in comune con il resto delle abitazioni, si affaccia sul mare con panorami da sogno da dove si possono ammirare tramonti indimenticabili. Anche se il clima a Tenerife è molto bello, la nostra piscina è riscaldata tutto l'anno.
