South Geodome - Birchwood Luxury Camping

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however, a group 3 adults are welcome. Additional guests must be 12+ and added to your reservation at the time of booking. We do not allow pets.

Nature enthusiasts welcome. We offer a large campsite complete with dock on a private nature reserve. Stay in a converted/restored century tourist cabin/hunt camp on the edge of Provincially Significant Wetlands & Woodlands and overlook 5 pristine acres of wetlands off the Pigeon River in the heart of the Kawarthas. All this is set on a 55 acre organic farm. We have a 10 kw solar panel, native plant nursery as well as heritage breed cattle, turkeys and chickens.

Surrounded by trees and right on the water, this casita is perfect for a romantic weekend get away for two, or with a baby. Located only 20 minutes walking distance from downtown Bobcaygeon, it offers the perfect combination of nature, dining out and shopping. Our casita is new and has a kitchen to prepare small meals. The Nook is on our 1 acre, lakefront property, alongside our home. We hope you love it here as much as we do!
