Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. Katerina Mare a Lourdas Beach offre un'esperienza di affitto unica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Goditi splendide viste, i suoni rilassanti delle onde e tramonti indimenticabili. Ristoranti e un minimarket si trovano a soli un minuto di distanza. Rilassati nel giardino circondato da rigogliosa vegetazione. L'accesso alla spiaggia è comodo attraverso scale nelle vicinanze. Non è necessaria l'auto poiché l'autobus locale collega a zone popolari raggiungibili a piedi.
