Relax in our compact annexe which is attached to the main house in a gorgeous country road located in Hockley, Essex. Suitable for 1 or 2 people wishing to enjoy the local area with plenty of outside activities to do. Near to Hockley Woods and walking distance (15 mins) to Hockley Town and close to Rayleigh with buses in either direction. Southend Seafront and Chelmsford are a bus ride away. Hockley Station is a 20 minute walk, which is direct to Stratford or London Liverpool Street station.

Close to town center, shops, train station and River Crouch. Other things to note: There is a kettle, toaster, microwave and a sandwich toaster/grill. This is a KITCHENETTE, not a full working kitchen. Breakfast is provided in the way of Bread, Cereal, a choice of apple and orange juice, tea and coffee etc.

Quiet and cosy self-contained garden lodge.

The Hutch is in Leigh-on-Sea, close to parks, Southend Airport (3.9miles), shops (0.5miles for Leigh-on-Sea & 3.9miles for Southend High Street), the Estuary (1.5miles), Cliffs Pavilion (2.3miles) and the hospital (1.5miles). You’ll love my place because of the location, it's privacy as it's a self-contained lodge with its own access, and courtyard as well as off street parking My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The size of our house is absolutely massive, and we have plenty of room to spread out and relax. It has Three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and diner. The layout is also top-notch, spread over 3 floors. The decor of our house is absolutely stunning. We hired an interior designer to come in and really make it feel like a luxurious and welcoming home.
