A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

Ideal for local Country walks short drive to the Towpath and Albert Basin Walkway and only 25 minute drive to Slieve Gullion or The Mournes. Tollymore (Game of Thrones) and Castlewellan.. for walking, cycling and water based activities. Bus links to Belfast (1 hr drive) and Dublin (2 hr drive).

This is a self contained loft space with its own entrance, while still being part of our home. It has its own ensuite shower room, a small kitchen/dining area with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and a 2-ring portable hot-plate. Please note….. it does NOT have an oven. It also has a settee & satellite TV. There is also access to our WiFi Internet.
