This fully equipped apartment was the perfect location for our family trip to DC, is just 15 minutes driving to main city memorials, museums, everything. The neighborhood is “pentagon city” is a residential quiet area in which you will find the long bridge park (amazing views ), restaurants , coffee shop and convenience stores. Lily and Henry the hosts gave us a warm and professional hospitality, 5 stars 🌟 experience!

If I’m ever in the area I’ll be back for sure ‼️ wish I would have know about this place when we first got here . 10/10

This was my second stay in this unit. It is clean and tidy. The building is quiet and amenities like the gym and attached Wegmans are great. The bed is comfy but bring your own pillow and a sleep mask if you can. The window coverings do not block any of the nearby lights.

I cannot say enough about Paul! Proactive, great recommendations and an all-around fantastic fellow! My children, two dogs, and I had a wonderful time and would come back in a heartbeat! The place itself is immaculate and has a gorgeous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Minutes from the Naval Academy and an easy ride to the Greenbelt metro so we could catch a DC United game in the city.

Great value with kids for family vacation. Lovely pool. Comfortable bed. Very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Subway is a short walk away maybe 2-3 blocks. Perfect amount of space for the 5 of us and the kids loved the monopoly game. Thank you for hosting us!

Elizabeth was a wonderful host. She was friendly, informative and responsive. This was our 3rd stay at Kingsgate and it never disappoints. It has become my kids (13,15) favorite place to visit. They tell all their friends. There are tons of activities, including a movie theater. We found out recently that the outdoor pool is heated so you are not limited to just the indoor pool during the colder months. They have a wonderful pool side bar and grill. My kids always ask for the slushies :-). The room is nice and spacious. Even the pull out couch is comfy! It has a full size kitchen with everything you may need. I love the little nook in the master suite, ideal for reading. The balcony is great to enjoy your morning coffee or the peaceful evenings. There is plenty of space for everyone. We never feel crowded. It is the perfect family getaway no matter the age. I highly recommend this property and look forward to checking out other Wyndham properties as well.

Tierra is an amazing host. From her kindness, responsiveness, willingness to go above and beyond, I can’t say enough good things. And any issues we did have were promptly addressed with the appropriate solutions. The games and various streaming options kept our kids busy. It is as advertised and while it may not be glamorous it’s comfortable and homey. We definitely will keep Tierra’s place in mind should we need to stay in the area again.

This Airbnb was a wonderful getaway for our group. The teenage girls who are with us especially enjoyed using the nearby river and pond for spring cold plunges and then quickly coming back to the house to soak in the hot tub. They also enjoyed movie night on the screen porch with the projector. We enjoyed the printable wood for the indoor fireplace and country records which kept a fun ambience of music floating through the house. Having one bathroom was a bit of a shuffle, but all the house amenities were well kept and were a gift to our trip. The view of the mountains And being able to celebrate Palm Sunday morning at this location was an additional treat.

The house is very fun and felt like a little retreat in the middle of a busy town. We loved the back patio and all the unique rooms. Rob had thought of everything and labeled all the cabinets and storage so we didn’t have to hunt for things. He was quite responsive to any questions we had.

Could not have been happier with how kid friendly it was for my newly turned 3 year old. I traveled 6hrs for a hiking trip and did not bring 1 toy with me as I knew the house would be equipped for entertainment. Also, the house being dog friendly and adult friendly. Brenda thought of every possible thing to make sure you didn’t run out of anything. She even hung up a happy birthday sign for my little guy. Highly recommend!

We had 6 people, 3 generations and everyone loved it. The house is completely modernized and high-tech, with a great home theatre system, and sound system in multiple rooms. Having the golf cart was awesome, we used it to get around town a lot. Khyber was SO responsive and eager to make everything just right for us. We loved the location, directly across street from beach. Kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. Beds were very comfortable. We really can't find any downside to staying here if you're coming to Cape Charles.

The house was amazing. It worked great for a group of 9 of us (3 of which were little kids). The view from the house is gorgeous; the house is top notch; and all the extra features really made it feel like home. We left asking each other when we should come back. We would definitely stay again.

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!

We had a great weekend! The house is lovely with lots of space for folks to gather and spread out. It's worth noting, though, that those with mobility issues might be challenged by the multiple sets of a few steps required to move around the ground floor. The house has clearly been expanded. And, while that creates great spaces to hang out and read a book or play games with a crowd, it means that getting from the kitchen and main entrance to anywhere else (dining room, main living area, deck, master bedroom) requires several steps up or a step down. We REALLY enjoyed the beach and surrounding outdoor areas. So much to explore! The kayaks, paddle boards, and canoe got a lot of use. And, we loved the upper deck. The property is peaceful and you can hear the waves lapping up against the shore. Dana was incredibly responsive and the app for the house provided helpful information both before we arrived and while we were there. We highly recommend this rental!

This was the perfect space for a Girls Trip for 10! Plenty of space, the host was proactive and responsive, Meka answered questions and gave suggestions before we arrived, then called to welcome us to the home upon arrival, which was a nice way to make us feel welcome. The home is modern, clean, and well appointed, we are able to cook and even do a little laundry before heading home. I would love to come back the next time I visit D.C.

Condo was as described in the listing. The condo is part of a timeshare property but the staff only made the timeshare pitch once (<3 minutes) and took no quickly and respectfully at checkin. If you are visiting the triangle with family or a large group (colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown) and Busch Gardens, you can’t beat the location and value. Unlike other airbnbs, no cleaning required on checkout which is a pleasure on vacation.

Our family of 6 has a great time. Plenty of space at the unit and the amenities were even more than described. We'll be coming back!

Absolutely loved the place. So many accommodations and centrally located. It would be impossible to find something better. Will definitely be back.

I can't believe that we received such a massive space for the price we paid! We received two adjoining condos and each of us had their own bed! I was traveling with my mom and my three kids and their jaws dropped. The location was also perfect - free video games for the kids, indoor and outdoor pool, pool bar, small restaurant, mini golf, pickle ball, etc. We were not pressured to do a time share or any presentation whatsoever. Within 15-20 min. you are at Busch Gardens, Yorktown, Williamsburg, etc. What a great place!

We loved the large space and all of the amenities! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future!

Michael's place was not as described in the listing ... IT WAS EVEN BETTER!!! Instead of queen beds, we had all King beds and the building we were in was recently renovated and BEAUTIFUL!! The game rooms and common areas were renovated as well - everything was even better than the photos provided. (Not all buildings have completed renovations, but they are getting there). Very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg as described. Michael's communication and directions were perfect. The heated pool was a great option for our sunny but not-yet-too-hot days and mini golf was a great little course!

We had an excellent stay. There were lots to do for entertainment for the whole family. Shopping was close by and the kiddos loved the on-site theater and video game room.
