Absolute Waterfront!

This 1950 fisherman cottage has been nicely renovated to modern standard. A lovely location, right in front of Queen Victoria Boat ramp, Brisbane's famous place for Kayaking, boating, cycling, jogging or just walking. The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. Enjoy a BBQ with the family on the front grass contemplating the beautiful waterfront.

Walking to the centre is via the harbour wall, a peaceful stroll with yachts and power boats less than 50 metres away.

The Guest Suite is conveniently located in a quiet street in the prestigious Aquatic Paradise canal estate. It is only 400m to Birkdale Fair Shopping Centre or 800m to the train station. The area is quiet, but close to good restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops. It’s within in walking distance to public transport.

This has recently been built, although some areas are still a work-in-progress that we are working hard to finish. Close to the train station for journeys into Brisbane City or out to the Bayside. Please note there is some noise from the trains. Ideal for one or two couples, a couple with young children or solo travellers.
