A beautiful place to take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage. Tucked back in the foot hills of Shade Mountain where there are public trails for exploring. At times you may also see some wildlife.

It started as a place to let the horses catch a breath and a bite of grass and the riders a long gaze of the awesome view. Today our forth generation still enjoys the view from the front porch swing along with a guest list of exceptional size. Please come and enjoy our piece of paradise. Crabapple Suite: charming & cozy, near Penn State

We welcome you to stay and relax in our wonderfully appointed and spacious garden-level guest suite. The suite has one and a half baths (yea!), kitchenette with coffee maker, kettle, mini-fridge, microwave, plenty of natural light, free parking, patio & yard, a lighted, paved walkway to a private, key-less entrance, and sleeping space for up to 4 people. You’re going to love it! Note: the Base price now includes ALL Airbnb fees, but not local occupancy taxes. I don’t charge a cleaning fee.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. PLEASE let me know in advance if you will need the sofabed set up.

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.
