Pelican Cottage

Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.

The Airbnb is attached to our residence but you have the entire space privately. We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

2 Robert Street Lane is a self-contained dwelling only 50 metres from Bellingen's main street. Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.
