The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

Stayed with my girlfriend here on 19th and 20th of April. THIS ISNT A PAID REVIEW AT ALL. I am very happy that I chose this place as our stay in Pune. First of all, host Mr. Ashutosh is very professional, responsive and helpful. He was ready to assist us even at morning 5:30 if any issue persisted. The place is exactly as described in the about page. Private, isolated and clean. All the amaneties from a simple toaster to microvave; gayer, washing machine, ac were working properly. Location is well connected. It is a big complex. All quick delivery services like Zomato, blinkit work properly here. Concluding: We are coming again and again here onwards. The place and the host both are just exactly what one needs. Thank you Ashutosh for making our stay in Pune memorable. Grateful.

This was the perfect place for my stay! The room was bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed for a comfortable experience a cozy bed, plenty of storage space, and a well equipped bathroom. The little touches, like a bottle of water on the nightstand and extra pillows, really made a difference. The location was ideal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to local cafes and transport. I loved how easy it was to explore the area. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Communication was quick, and they even provided thoughtful recommendations for places to visit nearby. I felt right at home! Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Booked it for my parents and they felt like home.

Good: The property is at a great location and peaceful surrounding. House is spacious and clean. There is a restaurant from where you can order homely meals. Food is very tasty. View is great. Mr. Ravi present at the property took good care of us and catered to our needs. Bad(not a deal breaker though): bathroom floor is slippery, need to be careful, especially for older people. If you rely on restaurant for breakfast then the service starts post 9:30am. Final 500mts of road leading to property is broken. Conclusion: A great place for a staycation with a huge family. Amazing host and their team pampering at the property. A home away from home. Highly recommend for stay.

It was my 2nd time at her villas, it was a great stay at her place and the host made sure we are taken care of.

The place is amazing, it is exactly like what shown in the picture and the description, loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place, Niki(host) was very sweet and responds to each of our queries quickly and helped us a lot! Check-in was smooth, jacuzzi was superb and there was a snack section in the room which included maggie, biscuits, namkeens, tea and coffee. The place is worth the deal!

We were a group of five friends and absolutely loved our stay at Sam's Place! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The check-in was smooth, and the host was super responsive and helpful throughout. The location is great—peaceful yet well-connected to everything in Pune. Overall we really liked our stay here. Preeti was super communicative throughout the trip and checked in on us daily. There was a minor inconvenience on the first day when the electricity in the area was out so the living room AC wasn’t working (bedroom was functional though) but apart from that everything was great. The place was well fenced so we could let our dog roam about. The space is very nicely setup and was very comfortable. There’s a nice mountain path one can follow outside the property for a light trek. Special mention to the cook at the property. The food was so good that we easily ate twice our normal appetite. Will definitely visit again.

Ragini's place is a real gem - we had a lovely stay there. Not only was the room spacious, it had all the amenities one can possibly ask for. We had a late flight in, and were able to check in smoothly at round 11:30pm at night. Everyone, from the night security guard to the day security guard were super friendly and helpful. Ragini of course was the ultimate host - always there and ready to help! We had some issues with the WIFI on one evening (it was a Telco/ network issue and not at all Ragini's fault) and she immediately set out to liaise with the technical department. Thanks to her the issue was resolved shortly. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out and pick them up later when we left for the airport. The flexibility and hospitality shown by everyone was really above and beyond. Thanks so much and we hope to stay again soon!

It is an amazing place, right from the living room to kitchen to bedroom everything is spot on and the little garden plus the gazebo is a different vibe altogether, 5/5 stars for Prashant and his cozy little place. Will always comeback to this place.

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
