The Treehouse, Raetihi, in the Ruapehu region

The Treehouse is set in grounds of our Villa in Raetihi in the Ruapehu region, it sits on stilts amongst the trees, with a walk way for ease of access. A warm well insulated room with comfortable king size bed, around the deck to the shower, toilet and out door bath. Enjoy a wonderful relax in the bath with bubbles and a choice of fairy lights or the vastness of a starlit sky. All linen provided. Gas hot water. All water is town supply. The Tree House is set on a small hill in the tree tops, requiring being able to climb multiple steps for access through the bush. At the top you receive stunning views of the surrounding forest. This eco house generates its own electricity and is designed to capture the sun. It is a great base to do the Tongariro Crossing from.
