The Carriage House

You will truly enjoy the picturesque beauty of this setting right outside the city limits. The property has been designated as a Wildlife Habitat. You may occasionally see deer on the property and there is also a lovely spring fed pond. Elvis Presley spent time here on a few occasions. He rowed around the pond in a canoe and rode horses here. It is a two minute drive to our historic downtown. Farmhouse style decor. This is a two-story dwelling. The bedroom, bathroom and living room are upstairs.

This charming home, situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood is 10 minutes from the WMA. Black River and Current River are close and ideal for duck hunting, fishing, trap range, and water sports.
